Aqui falaremos sobre alguns deles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration-line: underline;\"><strong>1 \u2013 A lavagem nasal arde:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>A lavagem nasal com solu\u00e7\u00e3o salina realizada de maneira correta n\u00e3o gera o mesmo desconforto de quando entra \u00e1gua no nariz durante um banho de piscina ou no mar. Uma vez que a solu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o possui cloro e outros aditivos que existem na \u00e1gua da piscina e n\u00e3o tem a mesma tonicidade da \u00e1gua marinha.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration-line: underline;\">2 \u2013 Na lavagem efetiva o soro tem que sair na outra narina:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00e3o necessariamente! Independente do volume, toda lavagem nasal \u00e9 importante! O fato de o soro sair pelo outro lado depende do m\u00e9todo, do volume inserido e do posicionamento da cabe\u00e7a durante a lavagem.
